Technical Report 2

Tech 2 describes the HVAC load and energy analysis performed on the New Braunfels Regional Rehabilitation Hospital using Trane Trace Software.

Included in this report are load estimation procedures, an analysis of results of this calculation, and a description of the energy and operating cost analysis performed.

Tech3 serves as a comprehensive summary of the facility's mechanical system with regard to design requirements, major components, and system configuration and operational procedure.

Included in this report are equipment summaries, system schematic flow diagrams and procedural descriptions, and a mechanical system first cost breakdown.
